6.2 If you opted in to receiving marketing communications from us when you became a member of our loyalty program and choose to end your membership to such program, we will not take this to imply an automatic request to unsubscribe or withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications, and we will assume that we have your continued consent to direct market to you, unless you specifically unsubscribe or withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications.

10. How do we keep your Personal Information secure?

(a) Our website makes use of cookies and web beacons.
