We are grateful to you for every purchase we receive. We believe you to be knowledgeable and will have researched other products before choosing us so, we thank you for your custom. If you have experienced an issue with your purchase, you can contact us at the email address below and we will do our best to correct it for you.

You may have sadly found reason to request a replacement or refund. We will always listen and seek to achieve the best outcome for all of us and help where we can. Here are our Return & Refund Policies:

Hemp Oil Products Returns & Refunds Policy:

If you change your mind and the item is unopened, we will refund within 30 days from date of purchase. Just get in touch with an image of the undamaged item so we know to expect it and we’ll provide you a reference number. We’ll organize a refund within 48hrs (business hours) of it arriving back to us if it is undamaged and unopened, (note: any refund may be delayed in appearing in your bank/card statement due to your merchant).

Due to the nature of our Bodycare products, we are obviously unable to resell an already opened item and therefore no refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind after opening an item. We would recommend passing your item to someone you know would appreciate the chance to use it. You may make their day!

If your item is damaged on delivery, please forward images and details to the email address below within 7 days & we will aim to replace the item as quickly as possible.


Apparel & Merchandise Returns Policy

All Apparel & Merchandise orders are ‘Print on Demand’ – made to order – by our select USA based vendors. As such, no refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind. However, from time to time, things do go wrong in the printing world and if you unfortunately experience an issue with quality, please forward images to the email address below and we will work through it with the vendor to get the best result for you with either a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible. The vendor may request that you return the item, in which case details shall be provided.

You, as an Australian consumer have rights under The Australian Consumer Law (ACL, contained in a schedule to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
